I have been reading so much about menstrual cups but I'm very confused.

I'm 17, sexually active. I have never given birth. My vagina is 2.5 inches long. I have a fairly heavy flow. I have never used a cup and I am really worried about removing one?
I'm not sure which one I want! There are just so many options, I'm THINKING the small Mia, but I don't know. Anyone have any ideas?

Small Mia is pretty good for a heavier flow, without being too big. So is SheCup. And large Meluna.
