cup get "sucked" in

i have a problem and i question.
when i insert my cup it goes well, but while its in it wonders up in my vegina, so when i try to get it out i hardly reach the stem with my fingers to grab it (and i certenly can't break the sill while its up there). any advices? i tried relexing it out towerds the entrance but its not enough.
and the question- can the menstrual cup strach the vegina permently and make it wider?

Sounds like you need a longer cup first thing. Another thing, I have to do this with short cups too, is to push it out with your PC muscles. Push down like your going to poo, and with your PC (pelvic muscles) hold the cup in place and then push down again. And that's when it should be in grabbing distance. If you would like to switch to a longer body cup try the Diva cup. I had a easy time with that cup, I even found it a touch long bodied. Good Luck.
