i've been using the uk mooncup for 2 cycles and it keeps leaking although it's not even 1/4 full. i've tried inserting it in different directions - towards the back, towards the front etc., but nothing helps. can you recommend a different cup?

There could be a lot of reasons why it is leaking, it could be too big, too small, or your cervix could be comming down too low and taking up a lot of space in your cup, thus reducing the capacity.

Which size are you using? Have you given birth? Are you sexually active? How heavy is your flow? Does your cup travel up really far when you wear it, or stay down lower?
