I'm off to get the mooncup from the chemist this afternoon. I am rather excited! I am not comfortable wearing tampons, due to the risk of TSS and pads are definitely too bulky and bad for the environment. I will come back and post my experience as a newbie next week probably!

In the UK the Mooncup is available from Boots the Chemist http://www.boots.com/en/Mooncup-Size-A_27688/
but it's obviously cheaper from me

The UK Mooncup is available at many online stores, I have sold them for years at my nappy website (Plush Pants) and also sell them on Earthwise Girls, and online sellers are often cheaper than Boots even allowing for any postal costs.

Hi! wow, I wrote that entry in November last year and guess what...I did get my mooncup!! In fact I'm wearing it right now
What can I say? it's the best thing ever to be invented! I got it from mooncup website (I didn't know about Feminine Wear then ) and I just love it so much. I am a keen cyclist so it's great for me and also my green credentials hehee...I wish more women were informed about cups and willing to try them out. I am sure glad I did! I could never wear a tampon or a pad again (unless is a cloth one!)

Sometimes people do ask about weather cups work while riding bikes... I guess they do, hm?
