I started using my small lunette two months ago, and it has been a breeze since the first day. I love cups and I'm trying to get my older sister to use one too. I just wanted to say thank you to Melissa for all the helpful information and videos. You made the process so easy for me. Very Happy

For a lot of people, the first use goes well. Some people need a few practice swings, I myself had to do a few dry runs to master popping it open, but other than that, it was just fine Smile
