I started using Diva Cup after baby #1 and had no problems with it at all. I didn't trim the stem. I had baby #2 about six weeks ago and had an IUD inserted. I began bleeding right away. My old Diva Cup hurts now. It goes much farther up than it ever did before, and the stem is very irritating. Any suggestions?
