How to choose the right cup?

Hi all, I'm new here so hopefully I've posted in the right place.
I'm really confused about how to choose the right cup for me... Hopefully someone here can offer a little bit of guidance as i would really really love to be able to use a cup.
Some info about me:
I don't use tampons as i can always feel them in there rubbing against my cervix and they feel like they're falling out.
I've had two children in the last 3 years and I am 30 years old.
I haven't tried tampons again since I have had the kids.
Not sure what else I can add.
Fingers crossed someone here can offer some helpful tips!
