Haha, yeah goat does take a bit of getting used to. He really had to work onme to get me to try it that first time a few years ago, but really, its kinda like beef. Only thing is, you have to stew it down for like 5 hours, or it won't be tender.

My husband is the one with no hat, the one wearing black. Smile
