Hi all,
I am 30, live in the UK and have just bought my first menstrual cup - a Femmecup. While I was initially excited, my first practice was less than successful so i am here hoping to get some tips/advice so that my first try isn't my last! :)I have been using tampons for a few years now and they have been a revelation. Who knew periods could be so easy!? Smile The natural progression seems to be the cup with its environmental, medical and monetary advantages. Lets hope i can perfect this skill!
