Menstrual Cup Accident?
I'm used to using my menstrual cup and have not had a leak in a year. I have cut the tab short. The edge is not curved yet not sharp.
I went bicycling today using the cup and had pains, the cup was not full yet I had leaked onto my underwear. I have not experienced pain when wearing my cup before, the pain stopped the minute I stopped bicycling.
What is going on, I'm concerned the stalk may have damaged me?
Thank you in advance for replies

Re:
Were you able to get the cup out ok? If you are not bleeding from it now I wouldn't worry about it. It will probably heal on its own. Maybe you irritated something from the movement of riding the bike. Maybe next time you could try to turn the cup inside out so that the stalk is inside the cup and that way it won't irritate you from the movement.
