pain in area/leg

When using my diva cup i get sharp pains sometimes inside or on my leg like if you were to have a bladder infection(had one while preggo and felt exactly the same) it only happens when using the cup and when laying down, i can not use it to bed it is so painful and sometimes does it during the day too now. I tried placing it lower and all and well i do not think i can change the way my insides go In Canada is there other brands we can buy other then a diva cup?

Has any of this ever happened to anyone? I know i do not have a bladder infection being it only happens when i use the cup.
