Hello Ladies
I use a Large Lunette on my heaviest days and I'm thinking of buying another cup. I like the look of the Fleurcup, but is it really any different from a Lunette (apart from being coloured of course)?

The other contender is a Lrg. Yuuki, but I'm a bit concerned by the extra length of the Yuuki, as I have a low cervix. Also worried the Yuuki is a bit too squashy? I bought a Lrg. Diva from ebay (which turned out to be old stock) and it was so squashy I couldn't even insert it! When I tried to push it up my finger just sank into it. I don't want a cup as soft as that.

I'd be especially interested to hear from any low cervix ladies who've actually used both or all 3 cups.

Any thoughts? TIA

If you email Divacup about the one your bought on Ebay they would probably replace it for you. I know that they are recalling all of those as they are 8 years old!

The newer Divas are a little thicker than the older ones, but still softer than large lunette and fleur. I too have heard that the large Yuuki is even softer than their small...

I have: Small Yuuki, small Fleurcup, Large Lunette. Yuuki, even small, is softer than the other two. As for large lunette and fleur... I find that their material is pretty much exactly the same! Only difference is of course color, but also fleur has a more pronounced rim. For this reason, I find a punch-down fold is more comfortable during insertion (and easier to hold than a C fold). They both have a flat stem.

I think unless you actually want another cup (like for the color, or just the variety, or to gain experience of another brand), there probably would not be a lot of difference between the two. Maybe the texture at the bottom would feel a bit different, but other than that, not much difference.

Hope that helps Smile

Hey,
large fleur is stiffer than large Lunette. I think I'd prefer large lunette, so if you want a new Large cup, maybe choose a Diva, or if you want a new colored cup, maybe you can try the Large MeLuna but no one knows so much about them Smile

I've decided not to get a new cup for now. I think the Fleur is probably so similar to the Lunette that it would be pointless and I'm not that interested in the others.

On the subject of Meluna, I've noticed that my large Meluna is now oval in shape. It doesn't seem to be leaking or anything so I'm not worried about it, just a bit curious to know if anybody else's Meluna has changed shape?

I often find that my MeLuna has gone oval-shaped after I've been wearing it for a while. I think it's a smidge too wide for me in the rim, so it gets squished into the oval shape while it's inside me.

True about the oval shape, the only way I am able to correct it is by running it under hot water, and squeezing t the other way.
